So, I went to YBF and read that the Lawyers for Mychal Bell have received word that the judge has OVERTURNED his conviction!
If you weren’t aware, Mychal Bell was facing 22 years in Federal Prison.
Attorney Louis Scott, the Head Defense Lawyer for Mychal Bell, 16 yr, relayed the official word to YBF, that the case has been sent to Juvenile Court.
So that means there will be no sentencing on Sept 20th. But there still will be a rally, because there are 5 other kids who are awaiting trial.

PLEASE PASS ALONG THE KNOWLEDGE!!!! We are no good if we keep things like this to ourselves. Even if you don’t know much. The fact that you know something is enough to mention in any casual conversation. The person who is listening to you can always get online and Google Jena 6 and learn about it.
